The whole creator is quiet
AI Chat is off
The AI Chat switch is on the Agents screen. It is one switch for the four agents: they run together or not at all.
The Dashboard shows the same under Creators to check: AI Chat is off. with the button Open Agents. You can also switch it on there, in the By creator table. See the Dashboard.
The plan does not include it
AI Chat is part of the Pro plan. On a plan without it, the Agents screen shows what each agent does and asks you to upgrade, and the Dashboard says AI Chat needs Pro. Configuration needs a paid plan too, and is locked on Free.The OnlyFans connection needs reconnecting
When her login has expired the agents cannot reply, and Creators shows Needs reconnecting. The Dashboard says Its OnlyFans sign-in expired, so the agents cannot reply. with a Reconnect button. Screens that read from OnlyFans say OnlyFans session expired and Reconnect in Settings. The button’s wording is the app’s; reconnecting itself happens under Creators. Reconnect her there, then see connection troubleshooting.The first read of old chats is not finished
Switching AI Chat on first reads her old chats, so no fan is asked what he already told her. The agents wait for that read before they message anyone. Give it time.It is her sleep time or a chatter shift
No agent starts a chat or a sale while she sleeps or during a chatter shift. Fans who wrote meanwhile are answered once it ends. Paid deliveries still go out. Beside the AI Chat switch, the Agents screen reads Sleep time until … or Chatter shift until …. A person has the chat
When someone on your team takes the chat, or replies to a fan while Replying takes over the chat is on, the AI stays out of it. The Control tag shows a name, You, Your team or Needs a person. Press Hand back to AI in the chat’s … menu to let the AI answer him again. If the chat is Needs a person, the AI passed it to your team and nobody has taken it. One of the switches under Send a chat to your team when fits his message, or your own rule does. The chat sits in Chats waiting for a person on the Dashboard, with the reason. For under 18, self-harm and a chargeback, it waits for a person however long that takes. To stop a reason from handing chats over, turn its switch off in hybrid mode.He spent more than the limit
A fan who spent more than a line you set is left to your team:- Minimum spend for fan to be ignored by AI ($) in Configuration: the chat reads Your team handles this fan.

He is not a new fan
With AI for new fans only on, a fan from before you switched it on is left alone for your team, by every agent of the team (the Script Agent still can write to him). A fan OnlyStack cannot yet prove is new also waits. See configuration.He has not answered her last three messages
When he has not answered her last three messages in a row, whoever sent them (an agent, an automation or a chatter), no agent and no automation writes to him again until he writes, buys or tips. No agent writes to a fan who is blocked or has opted out. A chat marked as spam shows the Spam tag and nobody messages him. Press Not spam to let agents write again. See work with chats.He is in a script
The Script Agent has him, and the other agents leave him alone while it does. See the Script Agent.His last message is too old
Each agent has its own window. The Sales Agent’s Answer messages up to leaves a fan whose last message is older than that, the Learning Agent’s Answer messages up to and the Conversation Agent’s But not after do the same. The Conversation Agent also goes back for chats that slipped past its window, with a reply that says lightly she is only seeing his message now. See Learning Agent and Conversation Agent. Answering much later reads like a bot waking up.It has nothing it can send
Before a message goes out it is checked: no banned words, nothing that points him off OnlyFans, no price written in the text, nothing said about a piece that it does not show, and nothing that says he has something he did not buy. A draft that fails is written again once. If it still fails:- The Learning and Conversation agents drop that turn. His message waits, and a later check answers it.
- The Sales Agent sends him a short message with nothing for sale. If even that cannot go, it tries again later, waiting longer each time, until it goes or he writes again.
The Sales Agent does not sell
When the Sales Agent cannot sell yet, its settings open on The Sales Agent cannot sell for her yet and list what is missing, for example:- Turn AI Chat on first.
- None of her content has been described and graded yet. Scan and describe the vault. See the vault.
- Choose whether she takes custom requests. See prices.
- The price book is not valid. Open it and fix the highlighted prices.
- Her subscriber list has not been read lately. It syncs on its own once the Engagement Agent is on; give it a little time.
- Add at least one custom to the menu, each with a name and a price.
- Turn on the hand-off for customs, so the team is told when he agrees.
- A Sales Agent setting still needs a value.
A run failed
The Logs screen shows a plain sentence for a run that went wrong. The three you are most likely to see:- Your OnlyFans login needs reconnecting. Go to Creators and reconnect the account.
- OnlyFans asked us to slow down. It will try again shortly. or Could not reach OnlyFans just then. It will try again on the next run.
- The AI could not write a message just then. It will try again on the next run.
