The Settings screen

Open Settings at the bottom of the sidebar. Owners and managers can open it. A chatter has no Settings screen, and signs out from the account menu in the sidebar instead. Managers see a smaller version. The sections below say what differs.

Your Plan

Shows your plan by name. Billing, invoices and payment method live on the web. The owner also gets Open billing and Change plan, which open your browser.

Profile

When you change the agency name or the timezone, Save changes appears in the top bar.

App status

  • Check for updates looks for a new version of the desktop app. When one has been downloaded, Restart now installs it. The Version shows once you have checked.
  • Report a problem opens a box asking you to tell the team what happened and what you expected, with an example of what to write. Select Send report. It goes straight to the OnlyStack team, with your name and email, your agency, the app version, your computer’s system and the creator you have open.
  • Open debugging opens a diagnostics screen.

Preferences

Desktop notifications is a switch for notifications on this computer. Checkboxes below it choose which kinds of OnlyFans activity notify you: Messages, Purchases, Tips, Subscribers, Mentions, Comments and Likes. The kinds are greyed out while the switch is off.

Chats

Only the owner sees this section. Mark chats as read on OnlyFans applies to the whole agency, so it changes every team member’s app. When it is off, OnlyStack sends no extra mark-as-read. OnlyFans still marks a chat read when someone opens it here. With it off, Read all is not shown in Chats.

Account actions

Manage account on the web opens app.onlystack.com for your name, password and billing. Sign out of OnlyStack signs you out of the app. Your OnlyFans connections stay.

Your OnlyFans connection

Each creator is one connected OnlyFans account. Open Creators in the sidebar (owners and managers) to see them as cards. A Worth a look list under the cards flags only what is wrong: a creator who is signed out, a creator nobody is assigned to, or a creator with no automations or agents on. To connect, reconnect or disconnect a creator, see connect a creator and creators. Disconnecting signs her out of OnlyFans and stops everything running on her.

When a connection needs reconnecting

If the creator you have open is signed out of OnlyFans, screens that need her account show Session expired: This OnlyFans account’s session can no longer be verified. Reconnect it under Creators to continue. Select Go to Creators, then Reconnect on her card. If the app only could not check the account, it asks you to check your connection and try again. See connection troubleshooting. With no creator connected, screens that need one say No connected account and send you to Creators.

OF Settings

Open OnlyFans in the sidebar, then OF Settings. It changes the active creator’s real OnlyFans profile, so use it with the right creator selected. If she needs reconnecting, writes from this screen fail until you reconnect her. If the switch is on and OnlyStack’s own Welcome new fans+ automation is on too, the screen warns that new subscribers get two welcomes, and links to Automations. See messages to fans.
