Find media in the vault - OnlyStack

Select a creator before opening their vault or the chat media picker. Media belongs to that creator’s account.

Browse and select content

Open the vault or the media picker in a chat.
Browse the available media. Use the search and filtering controls shown in your app version.
Review the item before selecting it.
If you are attaching it to a message, check the recipient and any price before sending.

Keep media context clear

Use creator-specific descriptions and notes where available so teammates know what an item contains and when it is appropriate to send. Avoid assuming that a thumbnail alone identifies the right content.

If media is missing

Check that the correct creator is selected and connected. If an item is also unavailable on OnlyFans, ask the creator or your manager to check it there. If it is available on OnlyFans but missing in OnlyStack, refresh the view and contact support if the problem continues.
