Tasks are how you ask a creator for content: a photo set, a short video, a voice note. They live on the web at app.onlystack.com, not in the desktop app. Every task is for one creator, and she completes it from her own login.

Who sees what

See team and roles for the permissions.

Create a task

A task can only be for a creator who already has a login. If none do, the form says No creator has a login yet and links to Creators. See give a creator her own login.
1

Open Planner and choose New task

Open Planner in the sidebar and select New task.
2

Fill in the task

Give it a Title, choose the Creator, and say what you need under What you need: outfit, location, how many photos, how long a video, anything to avoid. You can also set a Type (Paid message, Post, Short video, Live or Chat), a Due date, a Priority (Low, Medium, High or Urgent) and an Example link.
3

Create it and attach examples

Select Create task. Then open it and select Attach under Examples to add example files, up to 10 MB each.
The creator sees the task as soon as it exists. Select a task to open it, Edit to change it, or Delete to remove it. Deleting a task deletes its files on OnlyStack, but files already in a vault stay there.

Follow progress

Each task has a Status. Change it from the task, or filter the list by it. You can move a task to any status, in any order. Use the creator filter and Search tasks to narrow the list. Tasks past their due date are marked overdue.

Where her files go

When a creator uploads a file to a task, it appears under Delivered, and OnlyStack sends it into her OnlyFans vault. Each file shows where it is:
  • Waiting to go to the vault
  • Going to the vault
  • In the vault
  • Trying again soon, after an attempt that did not work
  • Couldn’t go to the vault, with the reason shown
  • Upload not finished, if the upload was cut off
You can remove a delivered file until it is on its way to the vault or in it.

What the creator does

A creator signs in with Sign in as a team member and lands on My tasks, which groups her tasks into To do, Submitted and Done. Files she uploads go into her OnlyFans vault.
1

Open the task

Select a task to see what is needed, its due date, and any examples.
2

Upload files

Drop photos, videos or audio into the box, or select Choose files. Each file can be up to 2 GB. Keep the page open while files upload.
3

Submit

Select Submit once at least one file has finished uploading. She can still add files after submitting and select Submit again.
On a task marked Done or Can’t be done, the creator can no longer upload or submit.
