The Sales Agent never makes up a price. Every offer is priced from the creator’s price list, then moved up or down inside the range you allow. Each creator has her own list. Open the Agents screen and pick the Sales Agent: its settings are on the page, and Prices is near the top. Save at the bottom of the screen saves them with the rest of its settings.

The price list

What each piece costs, by how explicit it is and how long. The vault scan puts every piece on one level and one length, so the list is a grid: one price in dollars for each level and length. See the vault for the scan. Levels, from least to most explicit (hover a level in the app for its meaning): Lengths: Photo, Short video (15 to 59 s), Clip (1 to 3 min) and Long video (3 min or more). A glimpse under 15 seconds is never priced. The list is checked as you type, and Save refuses a list that breaks one of these rules:
  • Every price is a whole dollar amount.
  • OnlyFans’ limit on a priced message is fixed: at least $3 and at most $200.
  • A more explicit level never costs less than the one below it, for the same length.
  • A longer video never costs less than a shorter one, under the same level.
Some pages have a lower limit for one message, set by OnlyFans. The Sales Agent never offers above the page’s own limit: a piece priced higher goes out at that limit. Your list stays as you set it. She never offers a piece below its level’s photo price. When a fan asks for less, she can come down once. How far she may go up or down is set by Lowest she may go and Highest she may ask, on the Sales Agent page.

Photo sets and bundles

  • A photo set adds: a set of several photos from one shoot costs this much more than one photo of the same level, as a percent.
  • A bundle adds: a video sold with photos from the same shoot costs this much more than the video alone, as a percent.
Each has a range the app checks: it tells you the lowest and highest it accepts.

Default prices and your own

Until you change a price, the creator is on The default prices. The built-in prices change over time, so read them in the app rather than here. Changing any price and saving makes the list her own prices: they stay as you set them.
  • Undo my changes drops what you typed since the last save.
  • Back to the default prices shows only once the list is her own. It asks first (Set her own prices aside and go back to the default prices?), then answers Back to the default prices.
If the list cannot be loaded, the section says Could not load her prices. with Try again. If the list is not valid, the Sales Agent says so under The Sales Agent cannot sell for her yet: The price book is not valid. Open it and fix the highlighted prices. See troubleshooting.

Custom requests

A custom is content made just for one fan. The Sales Agent only takes them when you say so, and only at prices you listed. Pieces you keep in a vault folder for customs are never sold to anyone else: see keep a folder for one fan. Custom requests has two choices:
  • She does not take them (default)
  • She quotes from the menu: she quotes the custom from your menu that fits what he asked for, and your team makes it once he agrees.
With the menu on, fill it in. Each row has a Custom name (for example Personal video, 5 min), a Price, and a Note for her (what it includes, how long it takes). + Add a custom adds a row, Remove deletes one. Every custom needs a name and a price, or Save answers Custom menu: give every custom a name and a price. When he agrees to a quote, the request goes to your team with a deadline, Time the team has. It shows on the Dashboard under Custom requests with your team. If nobody has picked it up when the deadline passes, it is flagged as overdue, and an alert goes to Telegram when you linked one. See watching and steering. With She quotes from the menu, the Sales Agent cannot sell, or pay tips, until the menu has at least one custom and He asks for something custom is on in hybrid mode. While the menu is on, that switch does not hand custom asks over: she quotes from the menu, and a request nothing on the menu fits goes to your team, with the same deadline, for your team to price.

How tips are paid

A fan can tip in chat or under a post. Both count the same. Soon after he tips, the Sales Agent pays the tip:
  • It thanks him in her own words and in his language. There is no fixed thank-you text.
  • It chooses content worth up to what he tipped, at her prices, and sends it free, in one message.
  • It chooses the way it chooses a piece to offer him: what he asked for first, otherwise what fits him and where he is in a shoot.
  • Only pieces he does not have yet, and never one already waiting locked in his chat.
  • Never anything from a folder kept for one fan. See keep a folder for one fan.
  • A tip smaller than every piece gets one of her cheapest.
  • A tip sent while a tip offer is open pays toward that offer.
  • A fan who is in a script is paid after the script ends, as long as the tip is still recent.
  • If he already owns every piece the tip could buy, nothing is sent and the tip is closed.
  • A fan who wants out goes to a person instead. A fan in distress gets warm words from her and nothing else, and the tip is closed; while The AI does not know what to say is on, a person is asked to look in too.
  • If paying a tip fails, it is tried again until it goes. A tip is never answered with a thank-you alone.
Each tip is paid once. Tip rewards run with the team: they switch on and off with AI Chat. To ask for tips, the Ask for a tip when he asks to see content and Suggest settings are on the Sales Agent page.
