# Smart links

> One URL per offer that tells you which click brought each subscriber and what they spent.

A Smart Link is one URL for an offer. Put it in an ad, a bio or an affiliate's post. Each visitor is sent to a real OnlyFans link held for them alone, so when they subscribe OnlyStack knows which click it was, and what they went on to spend.

## Who can use it

Smart Links is on the web at app.onlystack.com. Owners and managers see **Smart Links** in the sidebar. Chatters and creators do not.

Smart Links is not part of a plan. OnlyStack switches it on for an agency. If it is not on yours, the page says **Smart Links isn't on your workspace yet**, and you can ask for it to be switched on.

## Make a Smart Link

**1. Open Links and choose New Smart Link**

In **Smart Links**, open **Links** and select **New Smart Link**.

**2. Choose the creator and type**

Pick the **Creator**. Only connected creators can be chosen. Then choose a type: **Tracking link**, where visitors subscribe at the normal price, or **Free trial**, where visitors get a free trial (paid accounts only). The creator and type cannot be changed once the link exists.

**3. Name it and set the options**

Give it a **Name**. Only your team sees it. Optional settings include **Hold a link for (minutes)**, which is how long one visitor keeps their own OnlyFans link, **Idle links to keep**, which is how many spare links OnlyStack keeps ready, **Tracking pixels**, **Add new subscribers to an OnlyFans list**, and **Tags**. A free trial also has a **Trial length (days)**.

**4. Create it and share the URL**

Select **Create Smart Link**, then use the URL it gives you. Open the link to find the **URL builder**, which adds the parameters your traffic source rules and reports read, such as `utm_source` and `utm_campaign`.

## What else is in Smart Links

| Tab | What it does |
| - | - |
| **Dashboard** | Clicks, subscribers, revenue and cost over a date range, by Smart Link, traffic source, device and country. Switch revenue between **Net** and **Gross**. |
| **Links** | Your Smart Links. Set a manual cost for a link per subscriber, per click or as a flat amount for the promo, and archive links you no longer use. Filter by **Active**, **Paused** or **Archived**. |
| **Traffic sources** | One per channel you send traffic from. Start from Meta, TikTok, Reddit and others, or write your own rule, for example `utm_source equals meta`. Clicks that match no source are reported as **Unattributed**. |
| **Activity** | The fans, clicks and conversions on your links, which you can filter by Smart Link and creator. |
| **Tracking pixels** | Connect a Meta, TikTok or Snapchat pixel with a server access token. Subscribers and purchases from Smart Link clicks are reported to the ad platform from OnlyStack's servers, so they count even when a browser blocks tracking. |
| **Postbacks** | Send each subscriber and purchase to your tracker as a GET or POST built from a template. Pass your tracker's click id to the Smart Link as `ecid` and it comes back. |
| **Pre-landers** | A short page before OnlyFans, such as a profile card, an age gate, a link-in-bio or a roster of several creators, each button going to a Smart Link. |
| **Ad spend** | Connect a Meta ad account with its **Ad account id** and a **System user token**. |

## Share a report

Open a Smart Link and find **Share a report**. Select **Share without revenue** or **Share with revenue** to get a read-only page with that link's clicks and subscribers, for an affiliate or the creator. No sign-in is needed. Anyone with the address can open it.
