# The AI Chat Dashboard

> See what needs your team right now and how the AI team did, for one creator or all of them.

The **Dashboard** is the first screen of **AI Chat** in the desktop app. **Configuration** says who the AI is and **Agents** sets each agent up. The **Dashboard** says what the AI team needs from you right now and how it went.

Open **AI Chat** in the sidebar. Its five screens sit in a strip at the top: **Dashboard**, **Configuration**, **Agents**, **Scripts** and **Logs**. **Agents** and **Scripts** stay locked until your reply style is written in **Configuration**, because every agent and every script sends in that voice. See [how AI Chat works](https://docs.onlystack.com/agents/overview.md), [configuration](https://docs.onlystack.com/agents/configuration.md) and [Logs](https://docs.onlystack.com/agents/watching.md#logs).

## Who can see it

The agents are part of the Pro plan. On a plan without them, the **Dashboard** says **AI Chat needs Pro** instead of showing figures. Owners and managers can open it. Chatters do not have the **AI Chat** screens.

If no creator is connected, it asks you to connect one in **Creators**. A creator whose sign-in is still pending, or who is disconnected, is left out.

## Choose a creator and a period

When you have more than one creator connected, a strip at the top offers **All models** and one tab per creator. Choosing a creator also switches the creator you are working as, the same way **Stats** does. With one creator, the page is simply hers.

The period buttons sit in the top bar: **7D**, **30D**, **90D**, **1Y** and **Custom**, which opens a start and an end date. The figures in every section except **Needs you now** follow the period.

The page refreshes itself while it is open, and as soon as a chat changes hands.

## Needs you now

This is what to do first. It lists only what is waiting, and says **Nothing needs you right now.** when there is nothing.

| Group | What it lists |
| - | - |
| **Chats waiting for a person** | Chats the AI passed to your team that nobody has taken yet, with the fan, the reason and how long he has been waiting. |
| **Custom requests with your team** | Custom requests your team owes, with what he asked for, the price if one was set, and the deadline. A late one reads as overdue. |
| **Creators to check** | A creator whose agents cannot reply, with a button to fix it. |

**Open chat** on a row opens that fan's conversation in **Chats**. See [work with chats](https://docs.onlystack.com/desktop-app/chats.md) for taking a chat over.

A creator appears under **Creators to check** for one of these reasons:

| What it says | Button |
| - | - |
| Its OnlyFans sign-in expired, so the agents cannot reply. | **Reconnect** |
| AI Chat is off. | **Open Agents** |
| Telegram alerts stopped: the bot was removed or blocked. Link it again in Configuration. | **Open Configuration** |

AI Chat is one switch for the four agents. Switch it on from **Agents**, or from the [By creator](#by-creator) table. A chatter shift or her sleep time is planned, so it is never listed here.

### Marked as spam

When any fan is marked as spam, a **Marked as spam** button with the count appears in the header of **Needs you now**. It opens a drawer headed **Marked as spam**: *The AI stopped writing to these accounts. Check each one is really not a fan.*

Each row has three buttons:

* **Open chat** opens the conversation.
* **Not spam** clears the mark, so the agents can write to him again.
* **Keep** leaves the mark and takes him off this list.

Fans marked as spam are not counted in **Needs you now**. You can also mark or clear one from inside a chat. See [work with chats](https://docs.onlystack.com/desktop-app/chats.md).

## Handoffs to your team

*Chats the AI passed to a person in this range.*

| Figure | What it shows |
| - | - |
| **Passed to a person** | How many chats the AI passed to your team. A note adds how many your team took on their own. |
| **Picked up** | The share of those chats someone picked up. |
| **Typical wait** | How long it took until someone picked a chat up. |
| **Nobody picked it up** | Chats nobody took, which went back to the AI. |

Two lists break the same chats down. **Why** gives the reason the AI passed a chat to a person:

* He says or suggests he is under 18.
* He talks about hurting himself.
* He threatens a chargeback or a dispute.
* He complains or wants a refund.
* He asks for something custom.
* He talks about spending a lot.
* He asks if he is talking to a bot.
* The AI does not know what to say.
* Your own rule for the team.

These are the same switches you set under hybrid mode. See [hybrid mode](https://docs.onlystack.com/agents/hybrid-mode.md).

**How they ended** says what happened next: handed back to the AI, nobody picked it up and it went back to the AI, your teammate went quiet and it went back to the AI, taken by another teammate, the custom request was closed, or still with your team.

## Custom requests

*Asked in this range.* The figures are **Asked**, **Waiting on his yes** (priced, not agreed yet), **With your team** (on a deadline), **He said yes** (your team takes it in the chat; shown only once a request has agreed), **Overdue**, **Delivered** and **Declined**. **Delivered** also says how many were on time.

## What the agents did

*Messages sent in this range.* One row per agent (Learning, Conversation, Sales and Engagement), with how many messages it sent and to how many fans.

**Reply speed** says how fast fans got a reply from the agents, typically, and how many fan messages they answered.

## By creator

On **All models** with more than one creator, a table shows one row per creator: **AI Chat**, **Messages**, **Typical reply**, **Passed to a person** and **Waiting now**. Select a creator's name to open the **Dashboard** for her alone.

The **AI Chat** column is the same switch as on the **Agents** screen, reading **On** or **Off**:

* Turning it on asks first, because all four agents start messaging her real fans together.
* If it cannot switch, a line above the table says why. A creator who is not set up for AI Chat yet gets **Open Agents**: the switch there fills in what is missing. Only owners and managers can switch AI Chat.
* While AI Chat is on but resting, **Chatter shift** or **Sleep time** shows under the switch. See [chatter shifts](https://docs.onlystack.com/agents/configuration.md#chatter-shifts).

> [!NOTE]
>
> AI sales are not on this page. They are in **Stats**, under **AI sales**. See [read your analytics](https://docs.onlystack.com/desktop-app/analytics.md).
