# Linked pages

> Send fans from a free page to a paid page, and carry on the conversation when they come over.

Many creators run two OnlyFans pages: a free page that brings fans in, and a paid page where she posts and talks more. Linking them tells OnlyStack that the free page sends its fans to the paid page.

## What linking does

* **The free page invites fans when it fits.** The Sales, Conversation and Engagement agents keep doing their job on the free page. When a fan wants more than the free page gives, has warmed up to her, or asks for something the paid page has, they may invite him there in her own words. They invite him once and don't push. There is no set number of invites: the agents decide when it fits.
* **The paid page knows a fan who came over.** A fan came over when he subscribes to the paid page after chatting on the free page, or after being invited there. The agents on the paid page then know his name, what he told her, what he bought on the free page and how their last conversation went. They know him already and never greet him as someone new.
* **His first message on the paid page greets him as someone she knows.** See [the first message](#the-first-message) below.

OnlyStack notices that he came over when he subscribes to the paid page: usually within seconds, and at the latest at the paid page's next subscriber check, which runs every 5 minutes.

Only the free page invites. Nothing the paid page learns goes back to the free page.

An invite is remembered when OnlyStack sends it: a message from the agents, or from one of your automations that writes to one fan at a time (such as **Welcome new fans+** or **Follow up**), that names the paid page. A message a chatter types herself, and a mass message, are not remembered as invites. The agents then know when he was last invited, and he counts as invited if he comes over later. If you change which page the free page sends its fans to, or unlink it, the invites remembered for the old page are cleared.

## Before you start

* Both pages must be connected in the same workspace and working.
* **Both pages need Pro.** If either page loses Pro later, the link stays saved but does nothing until both pages have Pro again. You can still unlink it: pick **Nobody** on the free page's card.
* Only owners and managers can change the link.
* A page sends its fans to one page. A page that gets fans from another page can't send its own fans on.
* Check that the creator is happy for her free page to name her paid page in chats.

## Link two pages

**1. Open Creators**

Open **Creators** in the desktop app.

**2. Choose where the free page sends its fans**

On the free page's card, find **Sends fans to** and pick the paid page. Pick **Nobody** to unlink the pages.

**3. Add a link to send (optional)**

Paste a link in **Link to send**, such as a free-trial or tracking link for the paid page. It must be an onlyfans.com link. Leave it empty and the agents name the paid page's own address. When you pick a different page in **Sends fans to**, the link is cleared, because it was made for the old page: paste the new page's link again.

The paid page's card then shows **Gets fans from @yourfreepage**. If a page's card reads **Linking pages needs Pro on both pages**, activate Pro on both pages first.

Fans who came over before you linked the pages are found too, so their chats on the paid page are marked and the agents know them.

## The first message

When a fan comes over, the **Welcome new fans+** automation on the paid page sends his first message there:

* **With AI Chat on for the paid page**, the agents write it. They read his chat on the free page first. When that chat was recent, they pick up where the two of them left off. After a long gap, they greet him as someone she knows without going back to the old topic.
* **With AI Chat off**, it sends your **Welcome for fans from your other page** message instead of its usual one. It starts as `you made it {{name}} 😘`, and you can change it in the automation's settings, in **Automations**.
* **If the agents can't write it**, for example when no message they write passes their checks, your **Welcome for fans from your other page** message goes instead, so he always gets a first message. The same message goes when your plan no longer includes the AI agents.

If he writes to the paid page while his first message is being written, it is not sent: the chat has started, and the agents answer him.

If **Welcome new fans+** is off on the paid page, nobody writes first. The agents answer when he writes.

If the paid page's Script Agent has a welcome script (**New fans start here**), it doesn't start for him: he isn't new to you. Your other scripts can still start for him.

## What you see in Chats

* **from @yourfreepage** on a fan's row in the chat list means he came over from that page.
* At the top of his chat, a line such as **Continued from @yourfreepage · came over 30 Oct · \$45 spent there** says when he came over and what he spent on the free page. The amount is left out when he spent nothing there.
* **Open that chat** switches to the free page and opens his chat there. It shows only when you have access to the free page, and only in the main window, not in a window pinned to one page.

The amount he spent is shown to you only. The agents know what he bought, but never see an amount.

> [!NOTE]
>
> If the label or the line doesn't load, the chat still works as usual. Try opening the chat again later.
